“We recently used Bennett Landscape Inc. for several projects at our house. The projects were all hardscape type, and required the demolition and replacement of deteriorating exterior stairs and failing retaining walls.
I initially met with Mason at the site and discussed multiple options on the replacement of these things. He was very thorough during the process, and willing to answer many questions about modifications to the initial estimate.
After finalizing a decision on how to proceed, I worked with Ansley on scheduling the project. She was very responsive to my phone calls and emails during this process, as well as during the actual project itself; providing fantastic customer service. She even coordinated a visit by Josh (project supervisor), prior to the start of the start date, in order to discuss several of my concerns.
On several occasions during the project, I also communicated with Teri and Brandi of the team in the office, and they too provided fantastic customer service.
The team that came out to perform the actual work was fantastic. Matt, Ryan, Mike, and Joseph showed up every day at the time they said they would, and got to work right away. They worked very hard every day in an attempt to complete the project in a timely manner; all along paying attention to every detail, to ensure the work was done professionally and as specified in the scope of work. I tried best I could to stay out of their way; but on the occasions when I had any questions about how it was proceeding, they were always willing to provide informative answers. Josh came out to the site on multiple occasions during the project, and was always willing to answer any questions I had, and provide suggestions on certain things.
We were very happy with the outcome and quality of work as it relates to this project, and all who were involved!!”
