We couldn't be happier with our new home. Jodi was very helpful with the initial paperwork and contract phase. Helped me navigate throughout the process. Bran was outstanding throughout the entire build. He always returned our phone calls and emails promptly and was genuinely invested in addressing any concerns or questions. He made a huge difference in our experience.

We just finished a build with Southland, and we couldn’t be more pleased! As others have said, sometimes there was a struggle with up-front communication, but we never had any issues receiving a response anytime we contacted Jodi (sales), Brian (project manager), or Wendy (main office). My only “negative” with the process is how long the house would go untouched, but once work was started, there was a LOT done in a very short amount of time. I’m sure that’s all part of the process of building a home, but as this was our first time building, we didn’t know what to expect. These folks have been fantastic for my wife and I to work with on the design and construction of our forever home. Southland has been in lock step with throughout each phase of the process. Starting with plan selection and modifications , site work, optimizing the placement of our home on our property and now in the construction phase. Our home is on schedule for completion and we couldn't be happier with Southland partnering with us to realize our dream home. Highly recommend Southland!!!
