I'd give ten stars if I could. On-Line Heating and Air has taken great care of my clients. One client got a quote from a different company for thousands of dollars to replace their entire furnace, but Joe with On-Line was able to find the real problem: a bird stuck in the vent. Turns out the furnace works just fine and it saved that client from needlessly spending thousands of dollars. I can't recommend On-Line Heating and Air enough!

My old AC Unit finally died on me this summer during this 95 degrees heat wave we was having. It was time for a new unit,but I wouldn't pick a company until I got at less 3 quotes from different AC handlers before I make my decision up ..But I went with ON-LINE HEATING AND AIR because of the salesman's knowledge of different heatpumps & AC units and furnaces unit that work good together to get u the best output to save u some money and he was honest in his presentation and answer all my questions..I went with a LENNOX XP14 3.5 ton HP, CBX27036 air handler and a HONEYWELL thermostat install 2 months ago.It was very hot in my house while they was installing my SEER 16...read full review

We have used Online Heating and Air twice and have been pleased both times with the job and service. Came out one time late on a Friday on a very hot day in May when no one else would and then just recently fit us in on a Saturday. Prices are comparable and never felt like I was being taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge on my part. They just simply fixed the problem. Looking to replace our heat pump unit soon and they will get the job.
