I had Matt come out and pump out my tankless water heater. I had had another company come out before I started using Dixie and I will NEVER use another company except Dixie. My water heater was so gunked up that it didn't even want to drain so I'm not sure the other company even did that or did it right. I know Jared had said a solution has to be put through it and I know for a fact the other company didn't do that. I appreciate the time Matt took to get my water heater operating properly.
