Have worked with David and Kyle with VHA for many years. They are very dependable and knowledgeable. Trust them completely. Recently, Kyle came out to check on my central heat and air. Temperatures in the house were running high in the 80's when the thermostat was set to 72-75. He checked everything after adding Freon and stopping a leak. I'm now up and running to the set temp. Kyle came by the next day just to make sure everything was up and running correctly. They are family owned and operated and care about their customers like family.

My AC was not cooling and was running but not working. I called the company and they came right out the customer services was outstanding. They were able to explain to me what was was wrong and get it fixed and running. Outstanding service, knowledgeable and professional and Fair pricing I recommend them to all our friends and family.

I live in an apartment complex near Lake Bottom, and you all primarily handled all our AC issues. For the three years my wife, my four kids, and I have lived here, you all have NEVER ONCE dropped the ball. I've worked in and around construction and its sub-contractors almost all of my adult life, and you all embody professionalism, subject matter experts, and the highest level of customer service care.
