I have worked with Dixie in the past and knew I wanted to use them again. Jared has been wonderful to work with so far. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took a lot of time telling me the things another company hadn't done correctly. Wires not connected and just plain trashy looking. He also presented me several options along with financing which was very doable considering all I'm having done. I can't wait for him to get started.
Update: Jared and his crew came out and I couldn't be happier. Everything looks so nice and works as it's supposed to. I highly recommend Dixie Electric and even recommend Jared even more!

Thank God for Dixie! After Air Force didn't show up for multiple appointments to do warranty work (the control board on our AC went out and our house was sitting at 95 degrees for 3 days), Caleb came out the day we called and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was professional, friendly, and completely transparent with us. We will DEFINITELY be using Dixie in the future.
They were able to come check out my AC problem same day. The guy was so nice and was able to let me know what the issue is (37 year old unit still running phenomenally but coil issue that would be hard to remedy). I would definitely recommend them and keep them in mind when I'm ready amd able to see about a new unit. Thank you, guys!! Great job!!
