“We called AAC Alabama Air Conditioning on a Saturday afternoon. I walked into the house and it felt warm. We didn't know who to call so we called AAC because of the reviews. I asked them if there would be an extra service charge for coming on the weekends and they said no. OMG! Right there we knew we would keep them! They came over in a short time and said we had a slow leak of freon. But they filled it up and it started cooling right off. With the professional care they did we asked them if they could come back and do a maintenance check on it. No problem they said - let us know when it would be good for you. We got the date set up and they showed up right on time. Well - after the tech checked it out he told my husband he needed to call the boss. Long story short - we needed a new furnace and a new a/c. Ours was 25 years old (furnace) and the a/c 10+ years. Nevertheless - they told us we could have equipment in 3 days. And in 3 days they had it! They did have some issues - the company they got the coils from gave them the wrong size which WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. But they got everything the next day. When they tell you they will be there at a certain time they are and they also clean their mess and sweep the floor where they worked in the house! We have never had such an awesome experience with an AC company like this one! I would highly recommend them for any AC issues!!! You will not regret it!!!“

“Paul is determined to insure customer satisfaction and that the job is done right. He made a second trip out to my house to address my concerns at no charge. He also advised me that if any issues continue He will get to the reason and fix that issue. His prices are very very reasonable. He personally is friendly talkative and doesn't rush off like money is his sole goal. I actually believe he cares for the people he serves. Excellent qualities in my book. Dixie came to my place to test water quality, water heater, and a quote for a water filtration system. The consultation was $69 which is good for 30 days. They have all the connections if it’s something out of their expertise. Comes with the $69, 30 day, evaluation. I was assured my water quality was fine and algae in water is normal in this area. I have a small HVAC issue and Dixie and their HVAC are coming out to check my HVAC issue. This was included with the $69 for my plumbing issue. Need an honest answer? Dixie“
