“We called AAC Alabama Air Conditioning on a Saturday afternoon. I walked into the house and it felt warm. We didn't know who to call so we called AAC because of the reviews. I asked them if there would be an extra service charge for coming on the weekends and they said no. OMG! Right there we knew we would keep them! They came over in a short time and said we had a slow leak of freon. But they filled it up and it started cooling right off. With the professional care they did we asked them if they could come back and do a maintenance check on it. No problem they said - let us know when it would be good for you. We got the date set up and they showed up right on time. Well - after the tech checked it out he told my husband he needed to call the boss. Long story short - we needed a new furnace and a new a/c. Ours was 25 years old (furnace) and the a/c 10+ years. Nevertheless - they told us we could have equipment in 3 days. And in 3 days they had it! They did have some issues - the company they got the coils from gave them the wrong size which WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. But they got everything the next day. When they tell you they will be there at a certain time they are and they also clean their mess and sweep the floor where they worked in the house! We have never had such an awesome experience with an AC company like this one! I would highly recommend them for any AC issues!!! You will not regret it!!!“

“The original HVAC System in our home was installed by Oasis Heating and Air when the home was originally built. Since our home was built, every time we contacted Oasis for a service call or repair, they were here immediately and took care of us every single time. One time during the middle of a hot summer, they had to order a part and Eric made sure that we were provided a portable AC (that worked great) so that we could be comfortable until the repair was made. A few days ago, we decided that it was a good time to replace the aging unit. We reached out to Oasis on a Wednesday, they had technicians here the next day to begin the estimate process and to answer every question we had. We had an estimate with reasonable pricing to us in a very short time. The following Saturday, I reached back out to Oasis to proceed with ordering and installation. Our new AWESOME complete Carrier system was installed the following Tuesday with no problems by four professional Oasis Technicians. We never even considered getting another estimate from other dealers because of the way they had taken care of us for the last 13 years. In our opinion, there is only one choice of an HVAC dealer in the East Alabama area, Oasis Heating and Air!
