Knocks, meet and greet, gets to work, about 30 mins. Job was done, but he did not just fix the issue, he also went and ensure that the AC will function properly (checked on Capacitor, Freon, Wirings etc.) check on other minor issues that can be done by their service or yourself. This kind of service of no questions asked, knowledgeable technicians, can pin point the issue right away and fix in a few minutes. Like this is my first time seeing someone or a company that does that. I’ve seen and experienced some techs who came to our house, spend hours trying to figure out what’s wrong with the AC, screw and unscrew everything and calls his partner for help cause he doesn’t know what their doing, and literally they both watched Youtube just to get the AC up and running 💀😂.
The tech was very knowledgeable and respectful. He walked me through what he was doing and explained he readings he was receiving. We would like to request Britt Story on future visits
