No complaints at all with these guys. I’d originally scheduled an appointment yesterday with a different company for them to come out today and this morning they requested rescheduling due to overbooking. It’s in the 90s and the A/C not working is not something I wanted to wait any longer to get fixed. I called Jackson and they were able to get someone out today and even earlier than my original appointment with the other company. Jamie came out and had the problem figured out in less than 5 minutes. Had the A/C up and running in no time. I’ll be using Jackson for all of my HVAC needs in the future.
Of course my AC had to go out in July. I called Jackson AC & heating. Tech Jacob was there within a few hours and diagnosed the issue right away. A darn snake had crawled in and locked up the blower. A part had to be ordered so took a few days. Justin fixed it today Yay. Thank you Justin! Jackson has a great team. Techs Jacob and Justin are professional and friendly and it's clear they take great pride in getting the job done quickly and correctly. I like that they take pictures and explain in depth what the problem is and how they will fix it. I've used Jackson for a few years now and will continue to call them when I have AC or heat issues. Thank you Jackson!
