Tristin was on time, efficient in his work, and then showing me what had happened to the unit…a switch got turned off…when he turned the switch back on, the a/c came on and started cooling down the house…the only thing I would suggest is explaining why this switch just turned off…I understand for safety, but why? And is the unit in danger of this happening again?
