“I'm thrilled with my progress at Body Design Personal Training with Trainer Alyssa in just three weeks (9/19/23-10/10/23)! My goals are to lose weight, tone up, and improve overall fitness, and the results so far have been incredible. I've lost 11.2 pounds, 1% body fat, and 5 inches. “I've been working out with Alton for over 5 years and can say he's wholeheartedly changed my life and my body. I don't have knee and back pain anymore, can do 20+ (real!) pushups in a row, and have a much healthier relationship to my body, exercise and food. I've done all the fads like cross fit, orange theory, spinning etc and felt strong but tight with a lot of stiffness. Alton focuses on a lot of lengthening and strengthening exercises that are fun and not intimidating - I have an athletic background and he sufficiently challenges me/kicks my butt...but he also meets each client where they're at. He is super talented, humble, easy to like - the real deal!“

The facility boasts clean equipment, ample machines, and a spacious layout, creating a comfortable workout environment. The staff is not only helpful but also friendly, making each visit enjoyable. The VIP member lounge truly lives up to the hype, featuring amenities like massage chairs and full-body hydro-massage beds, and tanning beds. One improvement would be lockers and a water station, less a small locker room, available to Black card members in the VIP lounge.Planet Fitness is a fitness haven that combines efficiency with a touch of indulgence.
