I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I currently have an outgrown pixie cut and requested micro braids just two days before my appointment. I stopped by the shop beforehand to schedule the service, and from the very beginning, everyone was welcoming and professional.
On the day of my appointment, the customer service was excellent. I was greeted warmly, and the atmosphere remained friendly and professional throughout my visit. It was clear that this is a family-run business that takes pride in both their work and their customers.
During the service, the owner encountered an issue with the hair I had purchased. The texture did not align well with my natural hair and was causing the braids to slip. Rather than proceeding and hoping for the best, she took the time to explain the problem, demonstrated exactly what was happening, and presented me with several solutions. I appreciated her honesty, expertise, and transparency.
Most importantly, she was able to quickly adapt and successfully install the micro braids despite the challenge. Her problem-solving skills and commitment to quality gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

He is beyond skilled, BUT what truly sets him apart is how he is with his clients. My son didn’t just get a haircut in his chair—he gained a mentor, a big brother, a counselor, and a role model! Literally brought tears to my eyes, he dealt with my son as if he was his own💯 and had my boy looking clean for his birthday. 😎 Definitely now a lifetime client because If my sons aren't in Nelly’s chair, they aren't going to anyone else! 🙌🔥

I love my new eyebrows! Before, I had to draw them on every morning, and it took a lot of time. But now, thanks to Minkz By Mari J, I just get up and go! They did something called microblading, and my eyebrows look perfect all the time. It’s super cool, and I don’t have to worry about drawing them anymore. I really like it!

Honestly an ok experience. The haircut is nice and was quick. Didn’t like that she didn’t check my ends or my hair as a whole before finishing. The blowout was sad. She had no product for my hair. My hair gained no volume after the blowout and my hair looked the same as before after 10 minutes. Disappointing as this was an extra cost. Had high hopes due to the other high reviews and wanting to support local businesses.

I honestly wasn't expecting the best results with my brows after years of them being over arched but I was so pleasently pleased. Shocked really. I've found my new person. Reasonably priced too. Omg I’m so glad to have gotten a silk press by Ms. K. She was very friendly. Her shop isn’t too big and it’s clean. It gives a more personal experience. And I’m 8 months pregnant and she was very understanding and accommodating. She thoroughly washed, conditioned, blow dried, and straightened my hair. And she trimmed my hair in a blow dried and straightened state. My hairs looks so healthy. Not to mention, she wrapped my hair up for me due to it being 80-90% rain and my hair still looked like I just hopped out the chair. If you’re from Atlanta & familiar with the hair scene, it’s really a tragedy. Ms. K is a hidden gem.

I made an appointment for my 2 daughters last minute. Sheena washed and braided both of my girls hair in literally 3 1/2 hours! & it was beautiful! I love how it came out and how quick she was able to do both.

I take my Dad to see the owner, Mr. Mitch once a month. He does an excellent job and runs a very professional establishment. My Dad's hair is always immaculate. I have never been disappointed. He is a very friendly person along with the rest of his barbers. I feel very comfortable when I am there sometimes as the only female.
My boyfriend goes here he likes it. But i know they give him the haircut he asks for but i dnt like it. It looks like a bowl. But the workers are very nice. And i do recommend ppl to go here. His barber left so he goes to some1 else but he does a good job too

When I walked in I walked in in tears. When I ended my last appointment I felt as I had been spared the pain from my neck and upper back. With patience and consistency relief and rehab was able to bring my pain level down to somethin manageable. 10/10 recommend. Side note staff very friendly and welcoming and really accommodating.
