“I went to Ms. Pam right after working out and she helped me with my post workout stress areas and areas where I had a lot of tension. She was very kind and transparent. She verbalized every step she was taking throughout the session and made sure I was aware of what was going on and why she was stretching what she was. I felt comfortable all throughout the session. She showed me the importance stretching and I felt lighter after walking out there. 10/10 would definitely recommend.“
