He shared the details of the Heat Exchanger inspection and CO detection as well as the condition of the furnace. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction with the final result being the furnace is working fine... No crack in the heat exchanger, (as I was told by another company), & no CO leak(s). They will get my business going forward and will do my HVAC annual inspections. I highly recommend.“
