“I called Cox Plumbing after having had a failed service call with another company that cost me $275 to be told that repairs would cost me up to an additional $2225 to complete. The main sewer line at our rental property was clogged 120' from the last clean out, but the first company that I called couldn'ttell me that. The first company's equipment could only go out to 80' so their proposed solution was to bring in a tractor, dig a hole, break the sewer line, run their equipment another 80' to see if they could reach the blockage, and then repair the break. This is not meant to be a sleight against the first company that I called. They are highly rated and could have serviced more than 90% of the plumbing calls that I deal with. One of the things that puts Cox Plumbing on another level is that it has equipment that can reach blockages beyond 400'.
