“We’ve used Christian Brothers Mechanical for our HVAC needs since 2003, and this latest experience is a good reminder of why we keep going back to them.

Our old A/C system has been struggling to keep up on really hot days last summer and this summer it has gotten worse. Robert took the time to talk me through what was going on and what my options were. He explained the issue with the old R-22 system, the low refrigerant/pressure situation, and why putting more money into the old unit probably didn’t make sense.

What I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured. I asked a lot of questions — probably more than most customers — and Robert was patient, straightforward, and clear about the difference between replacing just the A/C versus doing the full system. He also confirmed the price as an out-the-door number with everything included, which matters a lot when you’re making a big decision like this.
