Disappointed with Lack of Follow-Through and Unprofessionalism

I’ve been contacted multiple times by Todd and Romeo regarding scheduling a date to come out and repair the work that Sillacal previously completed at my property. My account is still under warranty, and while there have been repeated phone calls and email exchanges, no one has followed up or finalized a date to perform the repair.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, broken promises, and poor execution. It’s unacceptable to make commitments and fail to follow through, especially when it comes to honoring a warranty. There needs to be more accountability. If people commit to something, they need to take ownership and see it through.“
