Titanz Fitness & Nutrition is a private gym that offers a variety of equipment and amenities not found in larger commercial gyms. The gym is open 24/7 and has a sauna, which is convenient for members. While the gym is a bit older and has experienced some minor issues like a leaky roof, the staff and owner are generally friendly and responsive in resolving problems. Recently, the gym has made some changes that have been met with mixed reactions from members. The gym has closed off a back room that was previously an open space with additional equipment, repurposing it for the owner's dog training activities. This has resulted in the remaining equipment being moved to the main gym area, making it feel more cramped. Overall, Titanz Fitness & Nutrition is a well-equipped gym with knowledgeable trainers, though some members have expressed dissatisfaction with the recent changes and the attitude of the front desk staff.
Joining Titanz Fitness has truly changed my life. From day one, it felt like more than just a gym. It felt like finding a second family. In just three months, I’ve met so many amazing people who share similar goals and have created such a supportive and motivating environment.
One of the things I love most is that the gym is never overly crowded during midday hours, so I rarely have to wait for equipment, which makes workouts efficient and enjoyable.

First time checking out Titanz with a Day Pass and Andrea was very welcoming. She toured the facility with me and a few other newcomers; the members I met when I first arrived were also very kind and welcoming. There’s a good spread of machines and the gym has a nice flow to it so I feel like I can focus on my workouts without having to worry about finding machines as a first-timer. Will definitely be back again to try it out before committing to a membership.
Checked out this gym while I was in town for business. Great selection of new equipment and a nice community feel. The staff was super welcoming as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe, fully equipped gym.
