Incredible work ethic and expertise. They stand by their work. They completely retiled a tub surround that didn't come out exactly the way Mike expected. They also completed a punch list of things our "new" old home needed (changed light fixtures, replaced kitchen faucet). I sourced all of my own materials, which gave me incredible freedom and flexibility.
