Georgia Top Floors provided a competitive bid to remove carpet from 4 upstairs bedrooms and closets, the hallway and two stairwells including balusters and handrails with solid oak hardwoods. They were extremely clean in raving carpet, pads and staples and provided the full project in 1 week. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish.
Once ready, we had them add hardwood flooring to the new sunroom addition and Buff & Coat existing hardwoods in the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, parlor and entry hall. They all look great, like new for the existing hardwoods.

After sharing my concerns, the owner personally reached out and sent his team back to address the issues. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to make things right. The repairs have improved the overall appearance, and it’s clear they value customer feedback and satisfaction. This is one gem of a company and crew . Am so glad I found them . Cristiano , Andre were through and through professionals . I got hardwood and LVP flooring both done from them at a house I was moving into . The group gave me the best pricing . They also were very punctual and had very clear communication and updates . The work done was phenomenal . They also were very reasonable on any new issues / scope changes if found during the project . I have honestly never worked with better crew of people for any home project . Cristiano also helped me later with an emergency work I needed . This is a wonderful, hard working crew .
