Every year around July we get a text message letting us know that they are coming. We do appreciate this tremendously. Brad, our service technician, is very professional, yet super friendly, thorough and most courteous. He answers our questions but he lets us know when we should call the office (regarding extra service, etc.). The rate is reasonable, which we appreciate as well. We had a termite invasion and I called for help, everyone from the office staff to the field representative(Alisha)and the termite expert (Thomas) were very courteous and respectful of our home our time and our budget!
