They checked our crawlspaces for active sites and treated the one they found and came back in a few months to check on it again. Every year around July we get a text message letting us know that they are coming. We do appreciate this tremendously. Brad, our service technician, is very professional, yet super friendly, thorough and most courteous. He answers our questions but he lets us know when we should call the office (regarding extra service, etc.). The rate is reasonable, which we appreciate as well. We would not think of switching to another service.“
