Kuma Pest Control has done a great job of keeping up with my service schedule. I have definitely noticed a reduction in the amount of general indoor bugs around the house. Definitely would recommend them over your corporate indoor/outdoor pest control companies such as Terminix or True Green. I love that Kuma Pest Control is Black owned & operated! I have had a much better experience and service seems more personal, which is always a nice touch! Thank you!
Highly recommend. They have excellent customer service- respond right away, and actually listen to the problem you have. Both techs that have come to my house have just been so helpful. So glad I picked them.
Kuma Pest control came and completed the service they promised. I was able to speak with the service provider, Marco primarily about areas where the chief complaints appear to show up. With that being said, he worked on the kitchen, living room, ALL bathrooms, and the baseboards throughout the house! Marco was very informative and answered all of my questions through the process which made me comfortable. I asked him about post care and maintenance tips and suggestions for the company I lease from.
