I personally strive for superior customer care and so does family-owned business, Kuma Pest Control. I have been a recurring customer for over one year. They treat the inside, garage and outside of my home.

Shaah (technician) and Wayne (Owner) have outstanding prices for my services. They are trustworthy. Dependable. Communicative. Texts to let you know your service is due. Texts when they are on the way. Calls with an ETA. Owner is easy to reach. Wears shoe covers inside the home. Shaah provides excellent tips and guidance on how to mitigate pests from your home. The payment process is just as easy as everything else.

Shaah was very professional, responsible, and incredibly nice. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a lot of helpful advice on how to prevent future pest problems. I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. I had a great experience with Kuma Pest Control and will definitely continue using their services in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Kuma!!! When I called, I received an immediate answer from Wayne, who was so kind & welcoming. I wasn’t sure if they serviced the Atlanta area, but I had to ask & I’m glad I did. I told Wayne my concern & the issue with roaches & gnats. He sent images for comparison to see which ones I was dealing with & was very transparent with the pricing. I’ve had 2 visits thus far.

My first visit, AJ came out. Really nice guy by the way. He asked questions about what we were experiencing, where it was taking place & explained in detail what the solution would do. I feel confident knowing the issue was being resolved & was satisfied with my experience!
