We had our termite traps inspected & serviced today. Massey has been our "go to" company since it was BACO. In the 17 years that we have lived in Monroe, Justin did the most thorough & professional inspection I have EVER witnessed. I walked the traps with him as he checked them. He added two more bait stations to fill gaps in the Sentricon coverage. With termite protection, the homeowner has to hope that the technicians are competent. After watching Justin work, my family feels secure that we are protected. Justin reflects great credit on Massey and the entire termite protection industry. Ashley came today to do a termite inspection. She was very friendly, have my dog lots of attention, closed and locked my gate and overall did a great job. And she knocked down the huge spider webs on my house.Services: Termite inspection

We received a quote to seal our home against pests and, initially, it was a little higher than the other estimates we received forvthe same thing. I called and asked if we could do anything to lower the price or match the competition. They reviewed the info, lowered the price and were able to schedule the work to be done within the next week. I was VERY happy with their quick response and willingness to work with us to adjust the pricing.
