Ron is the ideal home inspector. He's responsive, on time, thorough, welcomes any follow-up questions, and prioritizes safety. This is the second time I've hired Ron and it's been a delight both times.I recently had a short due diligence period and Ron fit the inspection in his schedule and was able to finish the inspection a day earlier than initially planned. He also made an extra trip to set up the Radon equipment early so that it would be done before the end of my due diligence period.Cons: He won't do any taste tests to confirm suspected cockroach droppings. That's the pest inspector's job. ;)Knowledgeable, funny, and highly recommended!
I was looking for a local shop that could tune my 01 Chev 2500 8.1 with Allison trans, instead of removing the ECM and sending to Black Bear, Raylar etc. I found Spartan LSX in Auburn, Ga, read their reviews and decided to take it there. I could not be happier! Josh took the truck immediately and got the tune finished quickly. The truck was strong before but now it’s in beast mode. Across the board it feels much stronger than before. I will highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Spartan!

Had an issue with a leak, sunrise came out and did an inspection. Come to find out it was holes in my chimney brick grout! Kendall sent a man out and not only did he find the problem, he plugged some of the holes for me with silicone. It wasn’t the roof after all! They went above an beyond what I expected! Great customer service, checked in late afternoon and my truck was in the bay early morning as promised.Bryce was giving me updates on the status of the work needed, timeline and cost.Beth on the other hand, was very active and helpful, she went above and beyond calling vendors trying to get me the parts needed at the best pricing.Parking available if you have a trailer, as well as a quiet drivers lounge and a clean bathroom. Simulator truck and vending machine on site. Waffle House just across the street.
