I contacted Jonathan after reading his excellent local reviews, and he absolutely lived up to them. I had been dealing with a persistent carpenter bee problem for quite some time and needed a real solution.

He kept me informed every step of the process, explaining what he found, what treatment he was performing, and what to expect next. He thoroughly inspected the entire exterior of my home, treated every carpenter bee hole he found, provided detailed photos of his work, and followed up to ensure the problem was fully resolved.

What really impressed me was how much he went above and beyond. While onsite, he removed spider webs around my deck, discovered and unclogged a completely blocked gutter, identified a few soffit areas that may need attention, and even offered to inspect my attic for potential rodent activity during a follow-up visit.
