About Emergency Plumbers LLC
Based on customer reviews, Emergency Plumbers LLC provides all plumbing work with no exceptions, including evenings and weekends at the same rates. They handle residential and commercial jobs like leaks, clogged drains, burst pipes, water heater replacement, and faucet installation. Customers report that the office was able to have a plumber to their house in under 30 minutes, or within 15 minutes of calling. One plumber was great, explained what he was going to do and options along the way. Another plumber was quick at identifying the problem and had it fixed within an hour. A different plumber was a wonderful worker, with wonderful customer service, very professional, and made sure the work was thorough. Customers have had the same plumber come out twice and trust what he says; he is honest and transparent and explains patiently why he recommends what is needed. One customer foolishly hired someone from Task Rabbit who broke a valve and flooded a bathroom, but Emergency Plumbing was able to come out immediately on a Sunday to help and repair.
I had an emergency situation where my pipes burst randomly flooding the bathroom and hall. I called three other companies and this was the only one that had an actual person answer.
It was so frustrating dealing with a highly chaotic situation and getting an AI agent, but thank God for Emergency Plumbers. Nikola came and walked me through everything he was checking and doing, so I felt comfortable with his assessment. It was a quick fix and worth the price, in my opinion. fair without exorbitant fees. Thank you!'
Milen was so great!! He came on a Sunday night because we thought our water heater was leaking. Turns out, it wasn’t but he figured out where the water was coming from, made sure everything was working properly before he left. Highly recommend this company!!
We had a stoppage that needed immediate attention. The office was able to have a plumber to our house in under 30 minutes. Nick was great. Explained what he was going to do and options along the way.
