DR Horton used this company for installation. I reached out to inquire about service and the representative advised she could not locate information on ever servicing my home because they experienced a cyber attack at some point in 2023 (no notification to customer says didn’t have any info to notify customers) and advised they do not do any service after 1 yr. AC is not working, new construction home less than 2 yrs old.
