“I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Colon. I had extreme excruciating pain for 5 1/2 years and this is the most normal I’ve felt in a very long time. Dr. Colon truly wants the best for his patients and always tells us that we’re not crazy and that we aren’t just being dramatic. “Their business practices are pressure driven. They have a third party caller trying to get you to sign up and get a deposit from you. I was waiting for a house to sell and that was the condition I set. Once I sent the deposit, it was game on. The appointment for the procedure was made like 90 days out. When the deadline was approaching, i called to get a refund because the house had not sold. They wouldn't refund my $4500 for some lame excuse. It was well outside of 30 days, so I went to my bank and they did reverse charge because SR wasn't reasonable. SR had the balls to reach out to recharge so they could issue a refund. Nope.... And...they blocked me...I have the screenshot.“

“Many great doctors are located here. It's a medical gem located down the street from Tuxedo Row. There is plenty of parking and never overcrowded. The elevator pretty much never works at this point though. To get to the 2nd floor via elevator, you have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor then back down to the 2nd floor. Other than that everything else is great.“

“The front desk lady was nice and sweet. Answer all my questions just about. They offered water, juice and coffee. If you need transportation of getting there, they have comfortable vans. Meet with the doctor she was cool. She introducing herself. But I notice the lady who were doing lab work, kept dropping stuff. The building was was nice and clean and smells good ??“

“I am a deaf patient that speak in ASL that had been coming here for nearly 10 years. I transferred here in Jnaury 2016 while it was still AbsoluteCare when PrideMedical, which was my original medical provider, closed down, and since then they took extreme care in ensuring that I always have accessibility. Other medical centers usually don't provide interpreters at all or have interpreters connected only through video relay which is prone to technical issues. Not AbsoluteCare and now AvitaCare, they call for an in-person interpreter ahead of time each time they see that I have any upcoming appointment. I had Dr. Anuj Malik as my original provider before I was transferred to Terry Hackworth, and I had Julia as my original dietitian before I was transferred to Alene Albritton. I never had any issue with any of those four. Reception was always so approachable, and the phlebotomists - because I hate needles with a passion - always took their time to keep me calm and in a humorous mood. I am stunned by some of the recent negative reviews, because in my opinion AvitaCare is easily the best and the most accessible medical center I've attended in my life. They took care when I was fighting a hepatitis infection, they diagnosed me with diabetes and had helped me lower my a1c and blood sugar levels, my high blood pressure, and my weight. They also provided me with prep for years although I'm no longer on it. I would strongly recommend this medical center to anyone, especially deaf LGBTQ folks!“
