Dondi was very sweet and helpful. The checkin process was easy and efficient. I brought back on time. Dr. Spektor was thorough and had an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable.

The minute I entered the 5 th floor I was greeted with a smile and very professionally checked in. Linda Dr Kapoors nurse was fabulous. Very caring and through.. Dr Kapoor was very through, caring and a-true gentleman with great bedside manners. I am very happy I chose him as my new primary care physician. He and his team are just great.. thank you for setting such good standards .

I just want to acknowledge a nurse in dermatology by the name of Miss Wanda. I saw her today help a member with so much care. She took her time to make sure the member was able to register their daughter for secondary insurance at Kaiser, and even followed up by giving them her number just in case they had any concerns, and that she will follow up with them to make sure that it was completed. She sat thank you you as well. in the waiting area and made sure during her lunch that they were taken care of. This is the type of care that I enjoy seeing at a place that I work at.
