Updating ....8/23/23 .If you don't want to answer the telephone find another position Again CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible and especially over the telephone. Listen FELICIA is rude and always feels bothered. If that's actually her name. It's really sad the lack of common courtesy at a healthcare facility. I had my last challenge with them and now it's time to go elsewhere. Answering the phone is part of your job description do better. Horrible customer service no matter how much you complain there is no improvement. Ladies understand that if you were treated the way you treat patients you would go to another facility. I've had missed feelings about this place. My son has been going here since age 1 and he will be 7 soon. I've gotten mixed up information between those downstairs at check in verses those in the pediatric department upstairs especially when it came to walk ins. The pharmacy team consists if the best people in the building that I've encountered (I only go there for pediatric needs). It just crossed my mind that I'm unsure on the date of my son 7yr checkup so I called to check around 450. I was asked a bday and last name which I provided and was told he had no appt and before I could ask to make one for next month I was asked to hold without even given the chance to say...read full review
I had a good experience with the doctors until it came time for billing. My experience since has been a mix of lies about services, a lot of surprise billing and an impossible to reach billing department. In short, I had a routine physical in February (now 3.5 months ago) and I'm still trying to get an accurate bill as they lied on the original claim to the insurance company and are impossible to get in touch with.Basically, in February I scheduled a routine visit for a physical since I hadn't had one in a while. They asked about medication when I arrived and I explained I am on medication for depression and anxiety, but was very clear that I did not want or need treatment...read full review
