The person working here helped us get our clothes washed and pressed instead. She went above and beyond and it really helped that there wasn't a language barrier. I actually called a couple other dry cleaners in the area, but they we not friendly like Sandra was on the phone. She was really sweet, and I could tell she was very customer-service oriented.She was quick with the quote, and it was the best price I had gotten from all of the cleaners I called. I immediately drove there to drop off the blanket, and Sandra was even more awesome in person. Her energy, enthusiasm, and care was evident.She explained that I could pick in up the day after tomorrow. I just got my weighted blanket back today and it is SO clean. Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners. I have always had extremely attentive, fast, and helpful service. Truly extraordinary care and attention.We send at least one bag of clothes a week, and our clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned and ready when I need them. Alterations have always turned out exactly as I needed and exactly when promised.Service is truly extraordinary. If the parking spaces are full, they will run out and grab my clothes or help me carry my clothes back to my car. They have watched my kids grow up and now recognize them when they come in. My kids comment how great it is they don't even have to give our name or phone number, because they are known as soon as they drive up.
