“The staff and professionals at Ellen’s literally saved my wedding day. When my wedding dress arrived late, the day before and just hours before my departure for a destination wedding, it would not zip up at all. I was devastated and had no idea what to do.
My mother-in-love sprung into action and located Ellen’s and oh boy…words cannot even express the magic they made. Not only did they convert my zipper back dress into a stunning tie up corset (that was more beautiful than the original design), they did it in just barely 2 hours! They even added in a built in bra that gave me even more support for my strapless dress. It was all chef’s kiss perfection. To add to an amazing alterations job, they were basically guardian angels too. All the while I was literally crying and panicking, they comforted me and reassured me at every step. It was well above and beyond top notch customer service. There are truly no words for how well I was treated and how amazing the finished product was.
On my big day, Ellen’s staff made sure I felt and looked like Cinderella—except at 12 midnight, I was still completely stunning all night long.
