“Today we had Pure Defense come to treat our home after my husband “suspended” our service for the past few months. I had never had ants in my kitchen until this past week. They were here in 3 days to come and treat the issue along with the rest of our home with the outdoor services.Shaylen went above and beyond educating me on how the treatment works and helping me understand what to expect after putting the bait down so the treatment could do its job.Furthermore ,his great knowledge and advice on other pest issues (not included in basic pest control) but services we greatly need for carpenter bees that is also offered through Pure Defense pest control. His name is Mr. Tim and he texts me and will call me to let us know when he is coming and what he plans on doing.
