Disappointed in the service coming out of the Alpharetta office for mosquito control. I signed up for monthly treatments for a period of five months. The first treatment was fine. The second treatment during the month of May didn’t happen. Alpharetta Office failed to schedule it. So they came after I called on May 15. Northwest is used by our HOA for termites, and I needed some additional help due to some rotting wood in my door that invited a few termites. The two techs showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional. The work they did to prevent further infestation was great and I feel confident that the issue is solved. I would recommend them.
