The hot yoga class here is really nice. It is beginner friendly and it is a nice slow pace. My only suggestion would be to have smaller class sizes as the class did feel a bit crowded. The studio itself is very nice and clean and the staff was very welcoming.
Amazing yoga studio, clean with state of the art heating system, with a beautiful atmosphere and lovely yogi students and teachers alike. Everyone is so welcoming and so friendly, starting with the owner and her generosity towards the community she's created, adding a sense of belonging and fun that brings so much in the area of mental and physical health! Thanks for it all Cariann! It's my tribe and I love it!
Wonderful! I signed up for a prenatal yoga class here and I had a really nice time. The instructor made it so relaxing. I felt safe amongst other pregnant Mama's in all their different stages of pregnancie. I will definitely go here again.
