I love that he talks to me throughout the massage about what he's doing and what my muscles are telling him; I've learned a lot about my fascia and muscles as a result. I personally book a 90min session every time.
Hands down literally the best myofascial I have received. Tony was knowledgeable, explained everything during my consultation and I have continued to go back since I felt such relief (as a person with chronic auto immune and hyper mobile joint pain issues) after my first session.
