This clinic is amazing. I was traveling to Orlando briefly and needed some unique medical assistance and they were very accommodating. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly. Also I thought it was very affordable as I did not have health insurance. They helped me find affordable prescriptions as well.
It was my first time going to this urgent care I was referred to this location by my sister it was a good experience for me. Very helpful and prompt everyone at this location had great bed side manners listening to all my symptoms Genice Janvier and medical Assistant were both very kind. I’m from out of town (Philadelphia) visiting family in Orlando and on my first day here I started feeling really sick. I went to First Choice Urgent Care because it was the closest option, and I’m so glad I did.
Three days later I returned for a follow-up visit, and both experiences were nothing short of phenomenal. The staff truly took my questions and concerns seriously, honestly more seriously than some of my recent trips to the ER back home.
