I went to this center for the first time today. And let me tell you, the staff is really nice. The lady at the front desk was polite and informative. There was nobody there so we didn’t have to wait and the registration we did it online, uploading all the documents went pretty smooth too. The only thing I will say is that there is no interactive options for toddlers to play. Only a table for them to sit. The place looks like it needs an upgrade, the paint is chipping the stickers on the walls are falling. Overall it seems like it could use some paint and repairs. Okay let’s start with the front desk receptionist her customer service was amazing she was very professional , quick and kind. The provider was nice , informative and quick ! The overall experience was great , between doing intake paperwork and being seen we were there for about 30 minutes or less. Awesome job.

We arrived to Orlando on vacation when my 4 year old started complaining of ear pain and a sore throat. The team at After Hours had him seen quickly and were all so kind and caring. Dr Smith was so great with him and the receptionist had stickers and lollipops waiting for him and his sister on our way out. Everyone made a stressful situation as easy as possible, and it was so appreciated!
