New to town and don’t have a pcp for my little guy yet but a pediatrician office recommended this urgent care to me so I could get him seen asap and boy am I glad for the recommendation!
Friendly and professional staff from front office to nurse to doctor! Made my little guy feel comfortable and made me feel heard and explained everything to me about what was going on! Made him feel special with the “goodies” he got for being such a good boy! Will definitely return if he ever needs urgent care again (and I’m sure he will) and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent care for their little one(s)!! It was such an amazing experience!
The entire staff was so sweet and friendly, they made us feel comfortable and didn’t rush. We called an hour before they closed and they welcomed us with open arms.
They all took their time and answered every single question and concern and even provided us with lots of additional information for our situation and things to look out for.
