The front desk staff are known to be friendly and professional, although some may find the requirement to scan a barcode on their phone to fill out paperwork to be a bit inconvenient. The facility opens at 10am, making it a super convenient option for families when primary care offices are unavailable for same-day appointments. Parents have consistently praised the nurses and doctors for their kindness, attentiveness, and ability to make children feel comfortable. Dr. Pittman has received particular praise for his excellent care and bedside manner, with many appreciating the lack of long wait times and the thoroughness of the staff. The facility is always clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place for families in need of urgent medical care. Overall, Pediatrix Urgent Care of Florida is highly recommended for families with children needing care outside of regular office hours.
We were from out of town, on vacation, and had to stop in to get my son’s knee checked out cause it was looking infected. The staff was patient, kind, and quick moving. The doctor we saw was super nice and gentle and explained everything thoroughly. Even though we didn’t want to have to make an urgent care visit, this was a painless and quick visit! Thank you!
5 stars! From check-in to discharge, every staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. I brought my infant daughter in for ongoing congestion, and Dr. Pittman and his team provided excellent care. The facility was clean, organized, and we were seen very quickly. As a first-time mom, I truly appreciated how smooth and reassuring the entire experience was. I would absolutely recommend PM Urgent Care to family and friends.
I brought my son here and they were absolutely amazing. We had never been here before but everyone I know brings their littles here and highly recommends them so I took the chance. My son had a 103.7 fever and obviously felt very crummy and they were patient, kind, and informative. They talked to my son and explained all the medicines they were giving him and took the time to make sure he understood. I am grateful for everyone here from the front desk to the doctor, everyone was amazing.
