Honestly the best service I have had in Florida. At first the installer showed up, didn’t do a good job. Found out later that, because of the first installer, the owner reached out and came over, fixed all issues and even went above and beyond with service and refused to even accept payment as an apology. It’s rare to see someone have such integrity in their work and business.

I am just a tiny baby, but even I know when something is AMAZING. The Vintage Barber Lounge is the best place ever! From the moment I rolled in (okay, I was carried, but still), everyone was super nice and made me feel like a very important little human.
The chairs are big and comfy (perfect for wiggling), and the people there are so friendly. I don’t have much hair yet, but I totally trust them with my very important baby style. I watched them make everyone look so fresh and happy—it was like magic!
Also, I didn’t cry, which is a BIG deal. That means this place is officially baby-approved.

I went in for a pedicure because my normal place was closing early with no warning so could not do my toes. What a happy twist of fate. I decided to go try out New World Nails and Spa. So glad I did!! For the same price you get so much more! A wonderful pedicure, scrub, hot stone massage, hot towels…they do it all. And the people were all so nice!! This will be my new nail place for sure.
Tyler was a great technician. I hadn't had a manicure for years, usually I just get pedicures. He made my short stubby nails look great, and I love the gel color.
I have been using Regal Nail Salon inside Walmart at 355 Cypress Gardens Blvd for over 10 years. When I was working I scheduled appointments, but now that I'm retired I just pop in and surprise them. The shop is kept very clean, with several talented techs available. Tim is my favorite for nails, and his wife Kim, usually does my pedicure and eyebrows.

Got there 30mins before closing with my 3 kids and the store clerk was so patient, kind and helpful. He never seemed like he was rushing us and though I was frustrated with my daughter he took his time to help her. The kids left the store saying how nice he was. Such a great first time experience at this beauty supply store! It was worth the 20min drive and we will be back just for the customer care.

Of course, the highlight is the room with salt walls and subsequent clear air that improves your mood by just entering. They also offer interesting organic products to help extend the experience at home.

The water heater repairman was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We thought it would be “water heater replacement” instead Louis said He can repair the water heater. Since we are not getting enough hot water in our shower. It was my heating element problem. He was awesome and I would happily call him again.

Victor with Bee Serious helped me out with a bee problem that I had in my wall near my AC units. He not only took the time to help me with the problem, but also to educate me on the whole process including what would happen after he was done. David Bass is hands down the best pest technician I've ever had! He always shows up with a great attitude, is professional, and somehow manages to make pest control enjoyable. Arrow began treatment (fertilization and lawn pests) of the lawns in our HOA several months ago. Our tech, Taurean Williams, goes above and beyond! Our lawns look better than they have in the 12 years I have lived in our community! I could not recommend Arrow more highly!

Tony was terrific. Told me info about wood termites vs subterranean termites. Polite and made sure to come out before 5. Treated termites in laundryroom cabinets that were installed after house was built 6 yrs ago. Said you normally start to see termite droppings about 7 yrs later. So this makes sense.

After someone came out to spray for a pretty severe ant issue, it increasingly got worse. After reaching out to the company my calls were unanswered and voicemails unreturned. The given bait seems to not be working and now red ants are coming in, right along side the other ants… this is taking place in my children’s playroom nonetheless.
Update: Mike, the owner, promptly responded to my review with care and concern for my situation with the initial effort to treat my home. It’s been about a little over a month and I am pleased with the results (which are still producing great results) from the second round! Thank you so much Mike for going above and beyond to help my daughters and I! I appreciate your service and am glad to have maintained my quarterly contract with Nature Safe.

I have used this company for two + years for irrigation installation and repair work. My company manages HOAs. We have used A-Colony on multiple properties repairing or installing irrigation systems old and new. Wayne has proven himself knowledgeable, he does excellent work at an excellent & fair price and above all is trustworthy. If he does a job you can be assured that it is done correctly and barring an idiot with a shovel randomly digging in your landscaping, the repairs will last.
Worst landscapers I have ever encountered! They blow clippings all over my patio, furniture, out rugs and MY CAR! The height of the grass is so high, anyone with ambulatory issues could trip and fall. They leave the lawn cuttings all over the place and it looks like crap. I have called multiple times and the office manager does nothing. Today one of the workers actually got in my face when I told him to blow the clippings off my car. I asked for the GM to call me. We'll see if he responds. The project manager hasn't once in 2 years of this nonsense
I have worked with Fox Hollow on two projects. I don’t have to worry because they take care of everything and their work is amazing. My last project involved fence/carport and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It turned out better than I imagined! Alex knew exactly what I wanted and improved on it.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our Lanai & pool deck paver installation. In addition, we had removed a built in hot tub and needed a remedy for that corner of the pool deck. The project manager Jeff Rimer was extremely helpful and recommended several solutions which we appreciated and ultimately decided to use one of his suggestions. Jeff was great to work with, he spent whatever time necessary to explain the process and insure we understood what the project would entail.The job was done timely and the communication and support of the office staff was excellent. We would definitely recommend using Unlimited Property Solutions.
Had to go for a root planing, Kati was very professional and did a thorough job. Her accent made her hard to understand at times, but she was very attentive to any discomfort I had, and the atmosphere throughout the process was comfortable.

Contacted Dr Palo’s office to get help with a crown that had come loose. Got in fast, met with friendly smiles and a sense of urgency. I’ve been going to Dr. Palo’s office for cleaning and treatment for the last couple years, he and his staff are always caring, cheerful and efficient, this last trip was no exception. When we need them they always take great care of my spouse and me.
I always had a fear of going to the dentist from when I was a little girl even though back then technology was not as advanced as it was today, I still remember like it was yesterday. I had to have a small dental procedure and even though I was given anesthesia, I swear I felt every tug, every drill, every pull, I felt everything. I carried that trauma right into my adult hood. I can not say enough GREAT things about Dr. Wang and his entire staff! The office staff is always SUPER friendly, great with communication, and timely...your appointment time is ACTUALLY the appointment time. Imagine that! And Dr. Wang....he is a complete gem! I’m surprised there isn’t more great reviews on here. After going through many dentist offices in Lakeland, I tried Palo and haven’t looked back since. The service and proper billing did it for me. Every dentist office I used in Lakeland ended charging more, months after the appointment,every single time. I have never had to pay anymore than what I am told at the desk at Palo, and that makes me very happy. if you’re looking for an amazing team trust knows what they are doing and people that know how to properly bill, you need to check out Palo. I drive an hour to get there and would gladly drive 3 for the service I get.
This place was a very nice the way it is set up to help kids relax having to come see a dentist! The staff is super friendly and they fit my daughter (age 9) in same day due to her breaking one of her adult teeth! The dentist was awesome and the assistants stayed and held my daughter’s hand since I couldn’t be in the back room to hold her hand while the procedure was happening! It a very efficient place! Will be having this office be her primary dentist due to this experience for me and her.

My husband and myself are beyond grateful that Dr Mahoney has purchased this chiropractor office. After the old owner passed away my husband went to many different chiropractor's and they just did not compare and help with the headaches. One day I was looking for a new chiropractor for my husband and realized someone had purchased the office. They got my husband in right away when I called. Today he went for his second visit and he always comes home feeling so much better and his headache is gone. We will continue to use them for as long as possible! You will not be disappointed!
We went for my son today and it will now be my go to office! The lady at the front was very friendly and conversational which calmed my son down some. We completed the consultation and were given a price sheet showing us the cost and I was able to discuss, agree, and sign for it BEFORE treatment. When we got to the end I paid exactly what was discussed. The doctor that treated him was kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and actually listened.
TLDR: Friendly staff, transparent pricing with no surprises, and a kind, knowledgeable doctor who truly listened. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We've found our new go-to office!
The moment we stepped in ... with our Frenchie, Snoozy ... The staff at the front desk welcomed us and let us know that we would soon be taken care of (there was a customer before us checking in). We were pleased to find Paw Haven to be very clean and to have a friendly atmosphere. Mark was our Tech and Dr. Sutton examined Snoozy giving her a complete check-up and administering shots. They both were very caring and professional in handling Snoozy (and us) : ) We have already recommened Paw Haven Animal Hospital Winter Haven to Family & Friends!
When our cat was injured, we called our vet and he wouldn't see him. It was after hours. My aunt used Dr. Rayburn . We called him. When Dr. Rayburn heard our cat yeowling in pain he said bring him in... And had an emergency after hours surgery.
I have been going to this place for awhile for my dog. The staff is sweet and straight forward. They treat my dog with respect and you can tell they love animals..
They groomed my two dogs and they did a wonderful job. I have one that is hard to do anything with, and one that you can do anything to, nails, anything! Thanks for the good work on both!
I have taken my doggie here twice now. They always do a great job. My Daphnie always looks great. They are quick, friendly and always ask before they put perfume on her. She gets great bling too. We got great pictures of her too.

I suffer from really bad migraines so ironically I was getting one on the left side of my head when I walked in and when I walked out, it was gone. Truly the best thing in Polk County!
Being a Massage Therapist myself, its always hard to find other therapists that do exactly what your body needs, I came in with back and neck pain, and walked out with a new body. I mean seriously, Karen is amazing and very nice. Her room was a little small, but it was to be expected because its just her. Her sheets were very soft, the lights were dimmed and she uses any essential oils (out of the ones she has) and uses them for no extra charge. I will definitely be coming back.
Ladia is amazing, beyond professionalism and compassion, the knowledge that she has and shares is it exceptional. She gave us more recovery information and tips than we would have ever expected for my wife’s post op care. Will be returning for any and all needs, highly recommend!!

Donald is a fantastic massage therapist! He combines a deeply relaxing massage with real technical skill and knowledge of the body. I look forward to my massage appointments. Mike is great and finds all the tight muscles and tension areas. He works the areas that is needed or you tell him the area you want him to work on. If you have sore areas or just want a relaxing massage, Mike is the go to person. I've sent a lot of my friends to him and they love going to him.
