Joe Homebuyer Group of Central Florida
“I contacted this company from a Facebook ad, not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted immediately from Lance, who was respectful of my circumstances and most importantly, fair and honest from the very first phone call with him all the way through to closing day. Lance never waiver on anything. He said he holds true to his word. He takes pride in what he’s doing for the community and for all of that I’m very appreciative. Thank you, Lance for never making me second-guess my decision to sell you my home I have no doubt it will be beautiful soon and you will use the same honesty, fairness and professionalism with its future buyers. I would recommend Dependable Home Buyers over and over again.”
