J.P. Turner Plumbing is a great company. Justin is timely, professional, and honest. He went out of his way to complete multiple jobs with no hidden costs. Customers had an incredible experience with this plumber, who worked a full 12-hour day at a home, tackling a major job with impressive efficiency and professionalism. He got everything done much faster than expected and was kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Justin did a superior job on an active leak, identifying the problem and knocking it out immediately, preventing further damage. He also came out quickly and professionally to address concerns from an inspection report, being extremely thorough with great communication and attention to detail. After receiving a letter about a water leak, J.P. Turner Plumbing was out the next business day, finding a small leak from a water heater with a quick response and turnaround. Customers highly recommend Justin and will happily refer J.P. Turner Plumbing to friends and family for future needs.
Justin was thorough, efficient and helpful, offering options to get me up & running. He repaired under my kitchen sink and got us back to working. He stayed until 10 PM to make things right!!!
