When I went in for my second appointment, it was a whole different staff team and I was a bit concerned, but the receptionist was just as kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful as the first! Dr. Highsmith is not only an awesome doctor he’s also a special person! He took time to, not only talk to me, but he listened to me too. That’s very rare these days. I can’t say enough about Jen, she prepped me for surgery, assisted with surgery, and did a beautiful job on my stitches – on my face post surgery! I am so grateful that I found Florida Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center in Pinellas Park.“

(Cursed with a very expressive face is more like it) I first started my journey with a provider in Lakeland that after my second appointment I ended up with a frozen eyebrow in a raised position. I always felt rushed through my appts and was unhapppy with my mischevious brow to say the least. When I started seeing Jodi it was a completely different experience, she took time drawing out my plan with me and her approach was conservative, starting off minimal to see how my muscle’s would react and invited me back for a follow up if needed. “Being a Massage Therapist myself, its always hard to find other therapists that do exactly what your body needs, I came in with back and neck pain, and walked out with a new body. I mean seriously, Karen is amazing and very nice. Her room was a little small, but it was to be expected because its just her. Her sheets were very soft, the lights were dimmed and she uses any essential oils (out of the ones she has) and uses them for no extra charge. I will definitely be coming back.“
