EZ Roofing Systems

EZ Roofing Systems is highly recommended for roofing work. One customer could not be more pleased with the experience. The situation began when the shingles originally installed on the home were defective. The manufacturer’s warranty process was explained, and guidance was provided through what needed to be done, including submitting shingle samples and the required documentation. Having someone knowledgeable help navigate that process made a potentially frustrating situation much easier. The community has an HOA, which meant another approval process before the roof could be replaced. The HOA forms were completed and all of the supporting documentation and material needed for the application was provided. Everything was completed correctly the first time, and getting the roof replacement approved by the HOA was essentially a slam dunk. That assistance alone saved a lot of time and potential frustration. Once the warranty claim and HOA approval were completed, EZ Roofing Systems was chosen to handle the roof replacement. The work that would be done was thoroughly explained, and scheduling updates were provided. The crew arrived on time and explained what they would be doing that day. Questions were answered and updates were provided throughout the project. When lightning and thunder moved into the area, the crew stopped work immediately. Safety protocols were taken seriously rather than simply trying to push ahead to finish the job. The crew was incredibly clean and organized. The area around the home and yard was completely cleaned. The quality of the work is impressive. Five stars without hesitation.
