It was not at all a "high pressure sales pitch" like some of the facilities I've encountered in the past. She is quite skilled with her treatment technique as well. He is kind and did an amazing job on the cut and style, was open to feedback if I didn't like it or wanted it shorter (I loved it though), and was super fast and efficient! I showed the length and style I wanted and had a reference pic for bangs, and he got it exactly right and it was faster than I anticipated. Bring cash. They only take cash. No Apple Pay, Venmo, or cards. They do have an ATM if you like paying service fees. It's a little loud and a little bright but the people are very nice. They did a great job cutting my hair. Very quick, nice price. If you're looking for the relaxing experience of going to an Aveda spa, this isn't it. This is also half the price of said spa.

I have been getting pedi’s and sculpted nails done since last August. I love the fact that the products healthier. My nails have stayed on for 4 weeks(due to me not able to get in sooner due to illness) with no lifting or chipping! Alexis is amazing at sculpted nails. The owner is the best! Rave for May!! I had a haircut scheduled for today (at another salon) and unfortunately the hairstylist canceled on me at the last minute. I was really bummed so I went on a local FB group WGRRR to search for another stylist to book with. I saw some rave reviews about Bombshell Salon and Spa and called to see if they had any availability and they did ! I was able to go in and see May !! She saved the day, made me feel so valued and special and executed exactly what I wanted. She was polite, attentive to my needs and helped educate me about my hair and how to take care of it. This has to be the BEST hair salon in all of Florida. My hair normally takes 5 hours minimum to full head foil at every salon I've been. At Yens they did everything in 1 hr and 20 mins. This is my second annual screening with Dr. Ukatu and with the great care provided I will be seeing her next July. Most important I know Florida Institute of Dermatology Winter Garden is there if any skin issues arise between now and July, 2026. I like these folks :)

I basically watched this establishment be built from the ground up. When I learned it was going to be a spa I knew I would be a customer I just didn’t know when. After other birthday plans for my husband fell through I thought, “this is the perfect opportunity for a Couple’s Massage.” I didn’t search to compare prices, read reviews, nothing. I knew we were coming to Visions BUT it was only two days before I needed the appointment! The woman at the front desk (her name escapes me, please forgive) worked out the details and was able to accommodate us for a Couples Massage. When we arrived the great service continued. We were served infused water and tea while we waited for our appointment. The place is gorgeous inside! It’s impeccably clean and the vibration is high. The same goes for the massage room. Both massage therapists paid incredible attention to detail, were professional, personable, and kind. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding customer service by Rick. I needed a m11 master lock key cut from my original worn slap out key that stopped working. He cut me the perfect key and it worked like it was new.
The second time I needed a key from this outfit and always left knowing it was going to work.
My mistake was going to ace first since they opened at the crack of dawn. Next time I won't waste my time with anything but West End Safe & Lock Inc. Nothing beats a hand cut key from a skilled locksmith craftsman.

Steve and his son Scott cleaned 900 square feet of ceramic tile and grout in our home today and the floors look great! Everyone there is very kind and welcoming and they took me in for an emergency check and I am from out of town and we’re willing to take me in quickly. Did some quick x-rays quick diagnosis quick x-rays and quick adjustments. And I learned a lot about the bones and things in my body just based off the conversation with the doctor looking at the x-rays. Patient kind and knew His stuff. Only being down here for another four days I plan on going to see him again. I couldn’t have found anyone better on such short notice and while on a vacation with my whole family!!! All the staff is great! The doctor is friendly and very knowledgeable. My back and sciatica pain have improved greatly since starting treatment. I’m very thankful for their care and support. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nasly is amazing. We went to her because our daughter had a lip and tongue tie that was creating tension. She helped her tremendously and got her ready for her tongue/lip surgery. She is great with kids and so kind! Their entire staff is amazing too. Always so welcoming.

He took my information and was so nice on the phone. He assured me that he would make sure the records were sent ASAP. What a pleasure it was to work with such a nice and competent young man.
Elizabeth Vidal and the whole staff here have been fabulous. The scheduling and payment process is easy, they give a ton of reminders and notifications so you can stay on top of appointments and paperwork, and they're very responsive when you call.
PA-C Vidal was the first specialist who took my alopecia concerns seriously and who did the extra work to finally find a diagnosis for me, after years of being ignored by doctors. I can't recommend her and her team more.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to gave my beloved Coco a peaceful goodbye. Making the decision was heartbreaking and not an easy one. However, Heavenly Paws made this process manageable. From the moment I made the first call, I was treated with compassion. Dr. Kara assisted us at home. She was caring and compassionate. She answered all our questions, explained the full process and allowed us the time that we needed to say our goodbyes. Coco passed away without pain and in peace.

I can’t recommend them enough. When we moved to Florida 5 years ago our senior dog got sick, they got us in same day, and we’ve never looked back. Between our two pups we’ve been in plenty of times for various reasons and they’re always helpful and accommodating. Dr Santiago, the vet techs, and front desk staff truly care about our dogs. Yesterday we had to put down our senior dog and all of the staff was so caring and kind. They were crying along with us and I know they’ll miss our Jack too. We’ll bring Stella there always. Thank you Dr Santiago and team for everything over the years
I want to give a shout out to Dr. Cappleman and her technician Nikki. We came in as an emergency appointment with our senior pup yesterday, and we pretty much knew that things were not looking good. Dr. Cappleman ran some diagnostics, and based on her findings was so thorough and patient in explaining what our dog was suffering from, and gave us time to process and to make a very difficult decision. Never did we feel rushed, and they made sure we had all the information. Once the decision was made that our dog's continued suffering was inhumane, Nikki kindly explained step by step how they would proceed, and what role we could play. My oldest daughter held our pup, and he peacefully let go. Dr. C and Nikki were absolutely solid in guiding us through this highly emotional moment.
Dr. Passilla is truly the best! She has been so incredibly patient & thorough with my energetic golden doodle. I’ve just discovered my boy has seasonal allergies that really aggravate his paws and cause him to bite and lick them. She has gone above and beyond trying to find a solution for this issue, taking time to call and brainstorm in between visits when I’m worrying. I really cannot say enough about her and her expertise. She is a brain! I’m soooo thankful to have found her!
Sometimes is a nightmare to find a place where you can bring your babies, I had two cats and I found a kitty on the street two days ago so I have now three babies. I can’t bring them to a regular vet, the prices are super expensive with this clinic I feel calm because my babies can have good care and vaccines and all. The team there is nice and professional.
I absolutely recommend this place, 10/10. They did an AMAZING job with my Shipoo..Shiloh..Michelle and her staff were amazing. I will now never take my fur baby any place else but Pet Garden.

If you have struggled to find a great deep tissue massage therapist at Massage Envy in Winter Garden like I do, LOOK NO FURTHER. Katilia is one of the best I have had and I’ve am a massage snob. LOL She uses a variety of techniques and is able to loosen up the muscles enough to be able to even do deep tissue. I was so sore and she knew exactly what to do. I am so happy. I was close to closing my membership and now I will stay. Thank you Katilia, I will be booking next 30 visits that I am available with YOU!!! I am so happy to find you so please don’t leave.
