Thompson Pools has been great to work with on our new pool. They have been excellent on their communication and keeping me updated on each phase and next steps. When I had questions they answered them quickly. Definitely recommend them.
We began working with Thompson pools last year. From day one they have been fabulous to work with. Building a pool actually scared us due to stories we have heard however that was not our experience with Thompson pools! We worked with Taite, Jim, and Parker throughout the process! All three were professional , knowledgeable, patient and very nice!! We give all the credit to those three men. Communication throughout the process was excellent!! We were actually owed a refund on something that was changed and they hand delivered it within two days!! That showed us their honesty and integrity! Each contractor they used was also amazing!
