The one young Spanish man who measures your eye's is full of spunk. .all though I haven't been with company long. This is my second visit,I think every one works as team on 1 accord. I like this!! Onething I notice. Is its less gossip.
At outlet outlets they was all over the place not order.ni calls back of promises. Waiting over a month for glasses to arrive... etc..

I initially came in for a routine eye exam to get glasses, but it turned out to be the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. During the visit, he suspected glaucoma and referred me to a specialist. We went to a large chain store with an optical center and they told us the only thing they could do was order a new pair of glasses with a two week wait. We then did some Google researching and decided to try The Spectacle Shoppe. Within a few minutes they had his glasses fixed so that he could use them the rest of our vacation. First, the charming Ms. Rucha, her patience and kindness on the phone and in person is so much fun. Her delightful chuckle and laughter had us laughing along with her.

The young lady Ms. Jakahla was kind and so very patient. She carefully explained each step. We really appreciated that.

Dr. Gilbert is a genuine and real professional. This dear man LISTENED to our questions he did not rush us, the best bedside manner in the business. He was the ultimate professional, he was also very compassionate. We did not feel as if we were on a conveyor belt being rushed through the examination.

Ms. Trina took us by the proverbial hand and carefully walked us through the buying of the best frames. The prices “aint bad either.”

Mr. Alejandro helped us when we picked up our glasses, he made sure that the glasses were a perfect fit. He encouraged us to return whenever we needed an adjustment to the frames.

Then, there is Mr.Sebastian, who did not work with us, but he has such a cheerful and upbeat personality. We enjoyed watching him move around.

If you are looking for high level examinations with a bit of old school customer service thrown in, well this is the place. You will be treated with kindness and dignity.“

“I lost a nose pad while on vacation at Universal Studios and was desperate to get a replacement. I was staying at the Loews Portofino Resort luckily found Losada Vision was in walking distance from the hotel. Alex was extremely nice and welcomed me in right away. I would have been happy with just one nose pad, but he replaced both, cleaned my glasses, tightened up the temple screws, and tightened up the nose pad brackets so they wouldn't fall out again. He did all that and didn't charge me a cent! I was blown away by the service and care. He treated me like a longtime paying customer even though I came in off the street on a one-time visit on vacation. I was so happy to find Losada Vision and highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an optometrist and eye care facility.“
