My younger sister needed her first pair of glasses and was worried about how she’d look wearing them. The assistant helping us choose frames was surprisingly patient and encouraging. By the end of the visit she was smiling instead of feeling embarrassed.
On my 3rd or 4th visit here, I had kind of a mixed experience. Dr Lincoln is very good, very friendly and doesn't make you feel rushed at all - I like him very much. My experience with the front desk staff however, is a bit different. For one, when I said I wasn't going to be buying any glasses or contacts in the office, but just wanted a copy of the prescriptions, I was given some CLEAR attitude - she didn't like that at all. Then later, I discovered that they charged me for a co-pay when I was not due to pay one - as they had billed the entire amount to my insurance allowance.
