Dr. Thai was great. Dr. Thai listened to me and didn’t pressure me. The young lady, Morlea, that helped me pick out my frames was AMAZING!! Morlea Jones was patient, kind, and helped me come out of my normal everyday comfort zone and pick some gorgeous frames that look great on me as well as boost my confidence.
Felt very good about the quality of my eye exam and the experience. Our past experience at another provider left us feeling very doubtful and unhappy! LensCrafters has changed our minds.
Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Nothing was confusing or a pain in the neck.I especially liked how despite the doctor being busy, she was still able to retain small details I told her about during the initial exam that she brought back up during the dilation exam. Great doctor. 10/10 for service and 'bedside' manners.
