I was happy to say that my recent LensCrafters eye check-up exceeded my expectations. I have worn eye glasses for over 30 years and always dread going to eye check-ups, but, all the employees, from the staff who greeted me and did my preliminary eye check-up, the very customer-friendly and thorough eye physician, to the two delightful young employees who assisted me in selecting new eye glasses ALL were professional, courteous and eager to assist me!
I want to start by saying that my experience with you personally was great. You have a wonderful personality and I truly appreciate how honest and thorough you are in your work.
However, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior and attitude of one of your staff members at the front desk. When I arrived, she told me that I did not have an appointment. When I clarified that I did, she explained that because I hadn't completed the necessary forms, she could not see my appointment in the system.

1 of the easiest and fastest eye exams I've had. The staff at T.N eye care are amazing. Dr. Joe was great, he provided me with great recommendations for the future of my eye care.
The lens crafters staff was great as well. In total it took about 45 min to an hour for the exam and my glasses selection/purchase.
